Viva Origino is an international journal(ISSN-0910-4003, for Web Journal ISSN-1346-6933), which contains the results of original research on"Origin and evolution of life". Viva Origino encourages the submission of manuscripts on the any scientific study related to the origin and evolution of life, such as theoretical and experimental studies dealing with space chemistry, prebiotic chemistry, earth chemistry, molecular evolution, biochemistry, origin of chilarity. Viva Origino has been published since 1972 and it will be started as a Web journal from 2001. A major benefit of submitting to Viva Origino is the potential for rapid publication. For the rapid publication, the following instructions should be carefully followed.

All manuscripts should be sent as an E-mail attachment to:

MANUSCRIPT ORGANIZATION AND STYLES
Papers should be written in English or Japanese. In the case of Japanese manuscript, the abstract should be written in English. Papers should be divided into the following sections: Title, Abstract, Key Words, Running Title, Introduction, Materials, Methods, Results, Discussion, Appendix, References and Acknowledgements. Manuscripts must be submitted in electronic form. Texts should be prepared using a recent version of Microsoft WORD (Windows or Macintosh versions). Times or Times New Roman and Greek symbols are the Journal's standard fonts.Submitting digital figures and tables: Acceptable formats for submitting Figures are GIF, JPEG files. Tables should be prepared using Excel 98 or CSV format.
AUTHORS AND AFFILIATIONS
Given names, middle initials and family names should be provided for complete identification. The addresses of all the authors should be written clearly including the country name. The corresponding author(s) should be identified using an asterisk along with E-mail address(es) and Fax number(s).
ABSTRACT
Each paper must include a short abstract (should not exceed 300 words) >that states the purpose of research, the principal results and major >conclusions. The abstract should not contain any references.
KEYWORDS
Up to ten keywords that best describe your work should be provided.
FOOTNOTES
Footnotes should be indicated by superscript numbers consecutively.
REFERENCES
In the text, references should be indicated using Arabic numerals in brackets that run consecutively through the paper. In the reference list, periodicals and books should be cited as follows:

FIGURES
Figures should benumbered with Arabic numerals according to their sequence in the text, where they are cited as "Figure 1," "Figure2," etc. Figure legends should follow the References section in the body of the manuscript. Each figure legend should have a title and caption. The text of a caption should be sufficient to explain the figure without referring to the body of the manuscript.
TABLES
Tables should ve space or tab delimited text in the body of manuscript, Tables should not be submitted in a word processor format. Tables should be numbered with Arabic numerals according to their sequence of appearance in the text, where they are cited as "Table 1," "Table2," etc.
PUBLISHING POLICY
The full text of the accepted paper will immediately be posted on the journal's web page. All papers will be published every three months, i.e., there will be four volumes in one year. All visitors to the journal site will have free access to the table of contents of published issues and the titles and authors of the latest accepted papers. Subscribers will be able to download all articles in Adobe portable document format.
COPYRIGHT TRANSFER
At least one of the authors, on behalf of the other authors, is requested to sign the copyright transfer form, which can be downloaded from the Viva Origino homepage. The completed form should be sent to the Editorial office by FAX (see above).
